Senior UI / Brand Visual System Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior UI / Brand Visual System Designer to lead the visual identity across our product portfolio. You will shape how millions of users experience our brand, from mobile apps to marketing campaigns, creating cohesive and memorable design systems that work across cultures and markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and evolution of our brand visual system across all digital touchpoints.
• Create and maintain comprehensive design systems including component libraries, style guides, and brand guidelines.
• Design high-fidelity UI for mobile and web applications that balance beauty with usability.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ship pixel-perfect designs at scale.
• Conduct design reviews and mentor junior designers on visual design best practices.
• Drive the visual direction for marketing materials, social media, and external communications.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in UI design, brand design, or visual design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in design systems, brand identity, and mobile UI.
• Expert proficiency in Figma, with experience building and maintaining component libraries.
• Deep understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience designing for global audiences across different cultural contexts.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the gaming, entertainment, or social media industry.
• Motion design skills (After Effects, Lottie, or similar).
• Understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS/React) for better design-engineering collaboration.
• Experience with AI-assisted design tools and workflows.
